The northern part of the house consists of a spacious parking lot intended for four cars, paved with crushed Italian stone called Porfido. The entrance gate is hand made of wrought iron. Also, the north side is the entrance to the apartment, in order to ensure complete privacy for the guests.

The first apartment is designed as an open space, kitchen and living room are in the common room. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, and a spacious terrace. The second apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace.
